8. Why can't I get meat the day after boning?
The production timeline is as follows
Slaughter day eg. Monday
(24 hours)
Production day and in to chill tunnel eg. Tuesday
(48 hours)
Earliest loadout day eg. Thursday
Depending on flight availability and documentation requirements flights can depart at the earliest Thursday evening.
