Wok Fried Rib Cap with Ginger, Goji Berries and Oyster Sauce

  • 200g Wagyu Rib Cap, sliced thinly
  • 50g Goji berries
  • 40g ginger, shredded
  • 30g oyster sauce
  • 3g salt
  • 3g sugar
  • 20g corn starch
  • 5ml Shao Hsing cooking wine
  • 100g onion rings
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 20g garlic, sliced
  • 20g red chilli, shredded
  • 10ml oil
  • 5ml sesame oil
  • 5ml dark soya sauce
  1. Clean the Wagyu beef and then cut into strips.
  2. Heat up the wok and cook the Wagyu beef until cooked.
  3. Then drain off the oil and keep to one side.
  4. Then stir-fry the ingredient then add goji berries until fragrant.
  5. Then add the beef.
  6. Stir-fry again then adding the seasoning and sauce.
  7. Add corn starch and Shao Hsing wine.
  8. Season to taste.
